From forest to finished product

At Jma, our process begins with old-school hard work. We personally meet with landowners to secure premium hardwood resources. Our team then mobilises equipment to harvest each log by hand, ensuring every single one meets our stringent standards. These carefully selected logs are then loaded and transported by us to our mill, where they are expertly sawn into various hardwood products, ranging from high-quality appearance grade material to durable fence palings. Our dedication to overseeing both the bush and the mill guarantees a sustainable future and unwavering quality in every product.

Here at Jma, the environment is at the forefront of everything we do, not only legally but morally. Australia is a beautiful place to call home, with an abundance of natural resources that will continue to thrive if managed correctly. Retaining feed trees and nesting trees for native Australian habitat and endangered species, and promoting their further breeding, is always a top priority when assessing any paddock for harvest. We consistently monitor wildlife activities on site, it's imperative the future of our ecosystem our hardwood forests and us as a community to manage these projects in a way that will benefit us all for years to come.
